This policy explains how Indishipers Global LLP handles information collected through this website and through the services we deliver to client organisations.
Information we collect
We collect business contact details submitted through our enquiry forms (name, work email, company, phone, city and requirement notes). For contracted services we additionally process operational data such as employee pickup points, roster identifiers and trip records, strictly on instruction from the client organisation.
How we use information
Enquiry data is used to respond to your request, prepare proposals and maintain our commercial records. Operational data is used solely to plan routes, dispatch vehicles, deliver safety monitoring, generate proof of service and produce billing and MIS reporting for the client organisation.
Legal basis and consent
We process enquiry data on the basis of your submission and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Operational data is processed under the service contract with the client organisation, which remains the controller of its employee data.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the client organisation it belongs to, with drivers and crew on a need-to-know basis for the specific trip, and with service providers who support our platform under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to pursue the business relationship and to meet record-keeping obligations. Operational trip data is retained for the contracted period agreed with the client organisation and then deleted or returned.
Security
Access to employee and trip data is restricted on a need-to-know basis, protected by role-based access controls, and transmitted over encrypted connections. Incidents are escalated through our defined escalation matrix.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted to us. Where data was provided by a client organisation, we will direct the request to that organisation as the controller.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies and local storage required for it to function and to remember whether you have already dismissed our enquiry prompt. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
